As I have said 100 times before. Do incursions. Me and Ray have started running incursions with ISN and these guys are both very effective and very humorous. I have rarely laughed so much on comms as I did 2 days ago while running sites with them.

There are a few more Shrubbers who consider running incursions with them aswell. So soon the Shrubberies will take over the incursions.

Nice and cool today. We've gone from mid 30s to 20c ish. Much more comfy.

this is the major flaw of raid-0.. because its effectively a single partition it means you could have different bits of the same file spread over both disks, so if one disc faily then its a write off. the alternative is to do something like RAID-1 which is effectively a mirror- so each time you write to one disc it writes a mirror duplicate on the second disk, meaning you have a realtime back up- obviously theres no performance gain and the cost is double (space/perfomance:cost ratio).

Also with Raid-1 you mirror the data, but get no boost in performance. Meaning that the data that gets written on disk1 is mirrored to disk2. Meaning that either of two disks can fail at anytime and all your data is safe, just replace the broken disk with new disk and it's all dandy again.

full time, 40 hours. You're not entitled to more than 20 mins break by law in the UK, though. 30 mins is better than 20.

I did a google search, couldnt find a time but that seems bloody short.

It's 45mins here minimum unless you're a contract worker / part time.
