Of course... "facts" are based upon our limited perception and can only be measured by such. That ball you just watched falling through the air... is it really falling? "Falling" denotes that is it going down. But our world is spherical and so what we perceive as "down" is the exact opposite for someone on the other side of the world. Then you have to account for the rotation of our planet (1000 mph or 1609 kph) which means that the ball isn't just "falling" it's also moving to the side... and then we are also moving in orbit around the Sun (67k mph or ~108 kph) which adds a new vector that the ball is "falling" at... then you have our whole solar system's movement (est. 568k mph or ~914 kph) through our galaxy which adds another velocity vector to our aforementioned ball... and all those vectors are not moving in the same direction (some even change as we orbit and rotate)!!!
So is the ball really "falling" or is it moving in another direction relative to everything else in the grand scheme of things?
