I don't think so, I just read a article where they said they are not going to abandon their fans on PC and PS and they have games going out on those platforms later on but as for this particular Tomb Raider game, I think it's going to be Xbox One ONLY. And from how it sounds, it seems Microsoft backed the game quite a bit so probably paid quite a bit for the game to be made so I can see why it would be exclusive for at least this one particular title.
