And how do you intend to pick a winner?

There is a rule somewhere about bumping your own thread more than once per day, just some advice.
Also, if it's run for 2 weeks and you don't have a ticket yet, might want to scratch it for now, talk to some people who have run successful lotto's and pick their brain on how they work things.
Also, I do enjoy that word, you might want to look into using a credible third party as a holder for the isk as well as the item.
I haven't ran a lotto of my own, as I see they are flooding the market, if it were, and I notice things like the semi success from even very credible names. Sit back and do a lot of research on the successful ones, and compare them to the ones that flop. You'll see many more lotto's fail than you will succeed. Learn from all of that, and when you come back, you should be able to produce something of substance that's full of win.

ok in answer to the first guys questions
the lotto is picked using the bonus ball on the next england national lottery after all the tickets have been bought
to the 2nd guy i tried asking chribba but hes currently not doin lotteries cause they r hard 2 keep track of
