Is there a way to lower your ship's signature radius through skills or equipment?

electronic attack ships, the new frigate class that came in with rev3--you won't find them in item db on eve-o but battleclinic.com has them

What? eas and intys skill does not effect your sig radius.

There is no general skill or equipment that will reduce your overall signature radius. The only overall way to reduce signature bonus is to be ganged up with a command ship boosting with an evasive maneuvers gang link. The Halo implants can reduce the sig radius too, but they can get expensive.
Interceptors get a bonus to sig reduction per skill level. If electronic attack ships get one, it is not all of them and its a racial benefit, probably the Minmatar ship.
Shield rigs at will increase signature radius, and that penalty can be reduced by training higher levels of the shield rigging skill.

But not as expensive as Snakes.

Nope, it's a role bonus, they all get it.

The new Thukker LP store also has some faction shield extenders that have a reduced sig radius penalty compared to regular extenders.
