Edited by: Rjaiajik Kajvoril on 13/12/2007 23:25:49 How's this for feed back?
It takes just as many keystrokes to type "any" as it does to type "n e". What is the difference?

Why should a cruiser be better than a battlesruiser? AF's don't win over cruisers because they are T2.

There's a large discussion on many threads about improving the Assault Ships (Frigate), one of the leading suggestions is to give a role bonus that gives an afterburner bonus and a webber resist.
Perhaps such a thing would work well with the HAC's? If they increase slightly the mass of HAC's, including vagabonds, and then gave them the AB & Web bonus, they could be quite competent. This would also solve any nano issues without gimping the ships themselves.

The whole 'assault' line coul benefit from this concept. For the moment, the AF are just crap enough not to be efficient in PvP for the price, marauders are new, and HAS are mostly used as nano ships because they are not survivable in PvP as tankers...

I think the afterburner idea is quite good for the frigs, but not so much for cruisers. In fact, I'd guess that a web-resistant Deimos able to cruise at 1200m/s or better would be the bane of every turret-based battleship in EvE.

I don't think we need anti webbing on a vagabond.
but with the silly mass AFs have sure.
by the way I thought missiles were useless in PvP :P

A corpmate with an apoc navy can't kill my deimos while webbed (using the big pulses) because the tracking is still too bad... And I did not use halos in this clone, it's just already working... Just signature radius wins, same test with a rokh, sounds like he can't hit me at 20km, and the torps loose much vs small signature radius.
If you give me an AB bonus, I go right now use an AB on my deimos (to keep low signature), but it has a mwd bonus per level, it would be wasted. -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast !
