I could use some help to prioritize my skill training for the best performance from the Raven. I am currently having somewhat difficulties running level 4's, especially when it involves deadspace jumps and I avoid missions that have warp jamming like the plague if possible.
Also what is your ideal method of taking out groups? So far I have found killing Cruisers and BCs first to be the most effetive, while letting my drones kill the frigs and taking out the BS's last.

Without knowing anything about your skills, it's difficult to advice you.
If you haven't maxed out Caldari BS, Shield Management, Shield Ops, Energy Management, Energy Ops, Cruise/Torps, Missile support skills and drone skills, then go do that.
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

If you are low SP pilot, then using cap injector to do them without warpouts is reasonable, later when you have higher SP levels you can drop it and replace it with something else usually.
Your takicks is reasonably effective for lev 4 missions as your main goal usually is cut down incoming dps as fast as possible (by killing targets that die fast).
As far as skilling priority goes best option would be propably push all skills up to level 3 that affect your fitted modules or Raven itself (like missiles and missile support skills, capacitor related skills, fitting skills, ship skill itself and so on) after that pushing up tanking related skills to levels where you can do most missions without needing to warp out (too often) and after that work on your skills that rise your damage potential (t2 weapons/drones, ships skills themselves, missile upport skills) to level 4 or even 5 if you are already comfortably with your tanking abilities.
