I'm happy to say that Unity of Twelve has been founded this month, and we're grateful for the support we've recieved from old friends. Although we have grown to a membership of 45 people in under 2 weeks, I'm amazed at the quality of the people we've been getting. With our main objectives to train new pilots in the basics of combat in low-sec space, and soon in 0.0 security space, we're hoping to make ourselves known.

Joining was the best move I've made - tremendous group of guys, tons of knowledge but still room for noobs such as myself, patient teaching on skills, ship setup, etc, a couple of training ops into lo-sec space, free ammo, it's own corp forums, teamspeak... Has totally made the difference in my enjoyment of EVE, look us up if you are looking for a quality corp

Yes, the Corporation is great, So far we have been really pushing the fact that we are a traning corporation, and a lot of the newer players to Eve are loving it, and liking the friendships that have grown because of the Corporation. Its a great Corporation to be a part of.

Edited by: Relnala on 17/12/2007 20:08:20 I've known Samarath and Dex Qube for over a year now and they're intelligent guys, and really trying their best to help all the new players out. I've been in their public channel for a while now and I'm amazed at how good they are at helping with any number of questions, and regularly take newer players into level 3 and 4 missions and let them get a feel for how its gonna go, give them something to work towards. They have an impressive logistical backbone for such a small corp as well, and most things appear to run as smooth as a machine.
I would certainly recommend joining this corporation if you're a new or helpful older player. Would even recommend it over EVE University, in all their splendor, due to the warm, friendly atmosphere and the small corp feel, making EVE seem not so big as it does when you usually just start playing.

Since we started this corporation a few weeks ago, we have grown to 55 members at present. Most are new players we are helping to learn the game, and I have to say they are an excellent group.
We also have recruited some more experienced players who are doing a great job at helping the new players along.
So far this has been a very rewarding experience for me. I'm looking forward to seeing these guys grow into skilled, honorable pilots contributing to the greater glory of EVE.
Some of them are hilarious, too. Loads of laughs.

After coming back to Eve from a long break, I found myself chatting with some of my old friends, among those were Samarath and Dex Qube, both of which I've been in a very organized corporation with before. Becknor as well, though my memory is a little bad. Anyway, after talking with them, I learned of this corp they all had, after joining I realized it was a very active corp, and compared to the old one we were once in, had a lot less paper mess keeping us pinned down. That, among other things, seems to set Unity of Twelve far above the old bar.
This corporation is active and helpful, with a sturdy base leadership and great ideals. I'm glad to be a part of it, and not just for my old friends, I've met a lot of new people, and it's helping keep my interest in Eve a lot more! ~Veris Mitsu

And so we're at war:)
Gods of War have declared war on us, and demanded a 200m +10m a day tribute to have the war retracted. All I can say is that you can't milk a dead cow:) This corporation is here to show newer players how the game works, and how to survive in Eve, and I'll say that so far we've done really well, and established a great group of people. With the hopes that things stay professional between us and GOW, I hope to see many wrecks around our home with the G O W tag:)
Best of luck to all, and those that are also at war with these greifers.

RDC and The Omni Federation wish the best of luck to The Unity of Twelve, and congratulate you guys on your wonderfull accomplishments. It is always saddens myself along with my fellow pilots in TOF to see new corporations being bullied by griefers, we will gladly offer some assistance where it is needed. Good Luck and Fly Safe. o7

Currently they are slightly ahead in this skirmish with us having destroyed one of their Hurricanes and one frigate, and them killing 3 of our pods along with my own Myrmidon, and three frigates. The fight was good when I lost my myrm, and his Broadsword was at half armor when my own ship was destroyed.
All said, maybe GOW realizes that we aren't going to roll over:)

I think its awsome what you guys are doing for the new players of eve. Makes the game a hell of a lot easier for some when they have people willing to help them out. Good luck in the future.

Some corporations have offered to declare war on GOW if UNoT would cover the expenses of the actual war declaration. For the record, we're a group of very new pilots with a few exp players offering support and advice on various aspects of life in teh Eve Galaxy. This being the case, we can't pay for anyone to delcare war, but have had a friend offer this contract.
-For every GOW pilot killed, we'll pay you 1m isk -contract term 1 month -full access to our intel channel(limited as it is)for the duration of the contract. -UNoT will cover no expenses or losses accrued by you or your corp while at war.

The war drones on with a couple ganks in the favor of GOW, but for the record, UNoT and friends have had the GOW CEO camped in for the past 6 hours along with 2 other GOW members. We hope our resolve will show GOW that we mean to have peace..even if at the tip of a sword.

Edited by: Ethan Fireborn on 25/12/2007 01:08:07 Great bunch of guys.
I am from the UK and was worried about time zones but theres always some guys on to roll with and chat too, very glad I joined this corporation. The war with GOW has been exciting too, while they out-skill some of us by tens of millions, the 'wild-west' style of pvp this game offers is what really got me interested in it.

Edited by: John Revenent on 25/12/2007 11:15:26 Im happy to see that the tides have somewhat changed, we will continue to supply our friends within the Unity of Twelve with equipment and ships so long as GOW continues with this useless conflict. We are also greatfull to see the Rona Alliance put there ships on the line to assist our friends and hope that all friendly forces involved in this conflict keep GOW where they belong be it pods or stations.
Regards, John Revenent The Omni Federation, President.

Well, It looks like we have joined the Omni Federation Alliance. So far they are a great bunch of people. I am enjoying the Federation. I also have been enjoying my time Directing Unity of Twelve, the wars have been interesting to say the least. Gods of War, I do salute you for your persistence, and Logistical Anomaly, it was interesting. I would just like to put it out there that we are a Training Corporation, most of our members are low skill level. We get these pilots prepared to join you corporations that want high skill point characters. Sure if they wanna stick around with us they can. Remember if anyone is interested in joining Unity of Twelve, to contact one of the Directors. Samarath has them listed above.

I must say we do appreciate the good sportsmanship of your members, even the new guys were cool. It was just business on our end, it's always good to be able to have a good conversation with your enemy. In that respect I commend you.
I would gladly recommend you guys to any new players seeking to learn about the game as most of you are pretty easy going, all around cool people. If you ever want to set up some pvp training for your new guys we could help facility some time in between contracts. Eve is a hard game for many to get into, making it fun for new players from the beginning helps keep them interested in the game and less likely to unsubscribe out of boredom or frustration.
Good fights, and good luck to you. Now Accepting Contracts Please Visit: LogisticalAnomaly.com |

Looking like we are at War Again, this time with the Sex Panthers, a good sized Alliance. Hopefully with the help of The Omni Federation & its other Alliance members we will hold off and defend ourselves accordingly.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay in The Omni Federation Alliance due to being completely out-gunned during war-time. As a rookie training corp, times of war are very difficult for the pilots who have minimal skills.
Thanks to TOF for your support.
