I will pay for transfer
Character has a positive wallet (around 4m isk)
No assets to speak of (char is sitting in an Ares, has some scraps in one system in the Stain region)
No known enemies
Has access to level 4 agents with at least one Gallente corp
positive security status
Will be in npc corp later today
Attributes (has no implants)
Intelligence 16
Perception 19
Charisma 11
Willpower 16
Memory 19
Skill highlights:
currently training Advanced Weapon Upgrades (time left: 25 Days, 19 Hours)

Lowered the starting bid and buyout due to the fact that the character has no capital skills, but i think he's ready for them
I will post his most relevant standings in a few hours (when i get home)

I confirm that i have received the payment
However, when trying to transfer the character, i get the following error message
"ERROR Transfer Character:Target user not found or not active;"
I think the primary character name must be used?
Could you eve mail your primary character name to SlevinKay (to avoid any mistakes in transfer) ... but i am currently at work, i will be home at around 22:00 EVE time
