Posted - 2007.12.21 18:18:00 - [9] Some stats on the ECM part of this setup: the multies with 2x t2 amps will and lvl 4 skills will have 4.05 strenght, as far as I can remember the old t2 multies before the nerf had a strenght of 4, with lvl 4 skills it was 4.8 strenght. So there is really not much deference. If you do not really want to rely on the ECM drones, however those are really the SEX 5 ecm drones have a 7.5 strenght ... thats just sick, you can drop the painter for another multie and just spam javelin torps like the old days. With the new torplaunchers you have the same dps with javelins like you had before the javelin nerf and with a 350 explosion radius! That will pwn small crap. I am not sure how the stacking penalties work but if you use 2x signal amps t2 and 1 signal rig you might get back to the old strenght. Drop the painter and spam javelin torps at 40km, that one sounds pretty comfortable to me. If a blasterthron or anything else get close enough, unleash ecm drones and jamm him up.

At least that's the combo I'm trying. Haven't found anything to fight with it yet, so the results are inconclusive at this point.

Just 4x torps 2x neuts in highs web,scram,mwd,painter,injector, 3x multi in mids 2x BCS 2x distortion amps in lows. You might use your rig slots to pimp shield resists a bit (2xEM 1x TH) for 15M in total, or just leave them empty. You can also try to pimp ECM/dps a little more which will cost you a little more. For more ECM you might consider fitting 3xCCC rigs and dropping the booster. This setup might be a nice solo 0.0 pvp ship, you would wtfbbq anything that comes alone without friends and is so dumb to engage. Just bring 5x med, 5x small drones for more DPS/hostile drone popping.

He used 3 Multis T2 and some Heavy Jamming Drones. I think I had about 30 Seconds Lock in a 3 Minute fight. Reminds me of the pre revelation Days. Nerf Tank, boost Gank! XD

Didnt try press orbit engage though. Heavies are alot better though but small ecm drones and mediums arent that good tbh. Sig removed, lacks Eve-related content.
