Hi there, I know that there are tons of posts with setups but I was hoping for a personalized opinion about what I have so far and help to improve it. I have just over 3m sp and only a few t2 skills so this is what I have.
HIGH 5x Mega Pulse laser I(standard for cap use) 2X Tachyon Beam Laser I(infrared for range sniping) 1X Medium Nos(will upgrade to heavy when I can
MEDIUM 1x named 100mn ab 1x cap recharger II 1x stasis web 1(not sure when i can get to 2)
LOW 1x MAR I(will upgrade to heavy soon, having pg issues) 2x tracking enhancer II 2X EANM I(will take a while to get to 2) 2X power diag I(t2 arent much better and very expensive) 1X heat sink II
MODS 1x CCC rig
I can hit frigates without too much trouble, so tracking should be alright. Also, with ab going I can go almost 400m/s sustainable so speed isnt a problem either. THANKS for your suggestions. |

You have hardly any tank to speak of. What level missions is this intended for?

7x mega pulse
ab, web, cap recharger
large rep, 3 active hardeners (missions specific) rest of the lows with cap relays/heat sinks (if you got enough cap more heat sinks, if you are running out of cap to much less heatsinks).
3x CCC rigs.
4x heavy drones 5x scout drones (or can you fit 4 heavies/5 meds?)
Should run level 3 missions comfortably, level 4's will be hard I reckon. --- -The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs |

This is primarily for lvl 2-3 missions. I havnt really gotten all that far in missioning yet but with this ship I am hoping to get further.

pulse is ineffective for most missions until you can use t2, and use scorch crystals.
fit cap chargers in mid, do not need an AB. start flying towards a gate on warp in and shoot as you fly. lows use mission specific hardeners and a large rep II asap. the rest is for reactor/power diag to fit, and heatsinks in left over.
rigs: 3x cap recharge rig.
let drones handle frigs/cruisers that your guns can't track at close range. 5 medium II and 3 heavy in bays. use mediums for frigs, and heavies/med for bigger stuff.
Edit: for L2-3 missions a harbinger will do them all fine no problems, prolly quicker as well. |

I disagree on the megabeams, but yes a harbinger would probably be faster. But depends a bit on skills of the character :> --- -The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs |

Highs: 7x Dual Heavy Beam (best named are cheap as hell and hit out to about 70km with radio L) Heavy Dimi Nos
Meds: 3x Cap Recharger II
Lows: 2x Large armor rep IIs, 2x hardener II type 1, 2x hardener II type 2, cap power relay, heatsink OR fifth hardener (for spread out damage type missions)
Rigs: 1x CCC, 2x Aux Nano Pumps.
Also doubles as a super-nasty PvP ship with the right fittings and an injector.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I need to look into armor harderners and I will asap. which ones are recommended for general lvl 2 missions? Should I really drop the geddon for lvl 2 missions and buy a harbinger? Thanks again! |

Eg amarr opponents (blood raiders, sansha, ammar navy) do em/thermal, caldari opponents (caldari navy, gurista's do mainly kinetic), minmatar (minmatar navy, angels do mainly explosive/kinetic) and gallente (serpentis gallente navy) do mainly thermal/kinetic.
And yes a harbinger will definably do level 2's faster, level 3's depends a bit on skills.

Ive actaully been getting my rep up with my corp to be able to run lvl 2 missions in my arbitrator and I like it. I have to wait about 36 more hours to get drones V though before I can use heavy drones, then ill be alot better. But i like the arbitrator, its a good cruiser. Would you suggest that I just use the arbitrator for my lvl 2 missions then? Thanks for the feedback! |

Harbinger is over kill in lvl2 mission... I used an arbitrator and had no problems. Using a BS in lvl2 missions makes you slow and its not worth it imo. its not like you use heavy drones, and your large turrets hit well. unless you use target painters? Mega modulated beams pawn missions WITHOUT socrch! If you choose to use a geddon in lvl2 or lvl3 missions use pulses and a target painter or two. you can hit up to 50km with microwave with no tracking comps. em and thermal is an ok damage to deal in lvl 1-3 missions when you get to lvl4 you will have a problem with angels and guristas only. Other than that geddon is a pvp ship!

Exactly! Do not use heavy drones in lvl2 mission. Arbitrator set up for you =p low: rep, 800 plate, two hardeners med: w/e high: w/e

It ganks through them in seconds, and my cap is sustainable. It is also fast and can track most anything out there. This is the setup I came up with, a little expensive, but good for low sp users like myself.
7x heavy modulated pulse energy beams I (best medium sized pulse) 1X medium nos
1X named AB 2X cap recharger II 1X web
1X MAR I 2X EANM I 1X HEAT SINK II 1X TRACKING ENHANCER II 1X DAMAGE CONTROL I
2X CCC, 1X PG RIG
I also have 5x medium scout drones 
I found this to be a great gank setup, the guns have a tracking speed of over .1 and the cap never runs out. I am going to get MARII as soon as possible and considering replacing the 2xeanm's and the damage control for 3 armor hardeners, but for now this setup is great. I also get over 400m/s sustainable with my ab, this is a great ship! |

Should run level 3 missions comfortably, level 4's will be hard I reckon. If you lack PG drop a megapulse or 2 for dual heavy pulses.
with skills geddon will do it among the quickest ships, also you don't need cap rigs to maintain one large rep and 7 mega pulses so it's waste of money tbh.
