Hi!
I just need some opinnions on these three setups. I know there are few ship in eve which can do this better, but I need to tank dominix! I will be in gang (3-10 members) and will be engaging same sized gangs (mixture of everything: EW, nanofags, dps, drones,...).
I just need to stay alive as long as possible, any other effect I leave on enemy is just a bonus.
Three setups have minimal diferences, so look closely. Domi_Active_EANM_neut Domi_Active_Plate_neut Domi_passive_EANM_neut
what else could i do better?

Get rid of that awful anti explosive rig for a nanobot accel on active tanks or another trimark on passive tanks.

Edited by: Stavro Mueller on 31/12/2007 13:45:13 They all look good tbh.
Have you thought about dropping all the highs, keep the mids as boosters and using 3 LAR's, DCU, Exp, Kin, Therm actives?
Fights don't last that long for cap to be an issue, keep the nano pumps and an Exp rig.
You still have the drones to do damage, or throw out some jamming drones to help you/your fleet.

Depending what the situation is, the plates could really be better mate. If you get called by 10 ships your reppers will hardly get a cycle through before you hit structure and if you have mates to remote armor rep you, then it's better to have the buffer tank any day imho. If you have to rely on yourself to tank then maybe an active tank will be superior up to about 5 ships... anything above that (or even if it's five BS) you'll die faster with the reppers then with the plates.
But as someone else already said: all setups are ok imho.

You are going to run out of boosters quick with 2 of those. I would say to use the 3rd probably, just make sure someone can rep you.
I prefer having a medium and large rep with hardeners, eanm and dc. Only need a single booster that way, just if you get called primary then stop the neutralizers.
