Can fly heavy dictors, however at time of posting there's 1Day 18Hrs 'til he can fit the warp field generator. This will be complete by auction end. Assets include fitted Tempest, Vagabond, Rapier, Hurricane, Hound. Lots of various T2 items mostly in same region, some scattered. Will have positive isk. Has -8.9 sec status. Typical bad kid from a broken home
, ya know? Access to Lvl 4 agents in the region if you care to fix him up.
Starting bid : 2 Bil
Min Increment : 100m
Reserve : 3 Bil
Buyout : 4 Bil
No sniper rule.

Should have stated I added an option to buyout where previously there was not. But I'll put a number to it. This auction is for the assets included as I don't feel like liquidating them. In that case the isk would only go to myself and not stay on the character anyway so it's more beneficial to keep the assets with the character.
