A lot of the public channels (local of busy systems, trade channels etc) are spammed by annoying trial alts advertising their isk sale site every few minutes.
After ignoring them for a long time I recently started to petition everyone I see. I'm very pleased with CCP's response time, it usually takes less than 5 minutes before the spammer dissapears.
It's a very fast and easy process. Press 'F12' and click on Petition. Create a new Petition under 'Rules & Policies', Category 'Harrassment'. Give it a meaningfull title (ISK Spammer or something), write in which channel he is spamming and send it. He will be gone in a few minutes.

Unfortunately it takes the ISK sellers about as long to make a new trial account :/ I still report them, too.

Join a corporation, so you will see your ally/corp channels instead. DonÆt leave in Jita or any others similar systems. Ignore the rest. That what I done and donÆt remember seeing any ISK seller advertisement for last 3 month.
ISK sellers will spend less time to open a new trial account than you to report him. IMHO, petition the trial ISK advertisersÆ bots with names like ôsdfsdfsdö also decreasing the level of customer support you can have, since CCP need to process every petition and therefore less recourses remain to the real player issues, because CCP is not working for free.
I believe that the best way is still to ignore and newer ever open any ISK sellers web-links, and keep killing their source of ISKs. If you will see any macro-bot farming ISK and will be completelly sure about it and will be able to collect as much proves as you can û petition him, screw him, kill him and you will make this game a little bit better.
