Hi I petitioned that about some time ago without a replay or a fix.
The Bonus for for reducing the CAP Penalty on the Vigilant if you fit a MWD is not working atm(at least on my ship).
I got Minmatar Cruiser 4 and the Cap drops the full 25% if i fit a MWD. On the Vindictor the Bonus works as intedet.
I would also like replays from people that also got a Vigilant and if the Bonus works on here Ships or not.

It works properly on the deimos too...
Sounds like a vigilant bug, not many people use it, but as for working on the deimos, there is no reason why it shouldn't work the same way on the vigilant!

It works on the Deimos, Thorax and Vindicator only at the Vigilant I got that issue.

Ok I made some Screenshoots:
Vigilant with online MWD
Vigilant with offline MWD
The maximum Cap with MWD is 1390 without its 1854. The missing 464 Points of Cap are exactly 25% of 1854.

Please file a bug report about this, as it is the proper method of bringing such issues to our attention. Petitions are unfortunately not the right place to send issues like this.
