I was just mucking about in evemon setting up plans for several ships and noticed some listings under ship command for concord? never seen these before are they new? or just some glitch

Ignore it and untick the checkbox for "Show Non-Public Skills"

Whats it showing then? GM skills? LOL didnt think they needed to skill up to get thier bansticks out

Developers can make some skills and test them out on Test server etc... they can just leave them in, but because they aren't public you can't get them on Tranquility.
Or they can be volunteer / GM related skills like the Polaris skill that is needed to fly the Polaris frigate.
Doesn't really matter for regular player tho.

Look at some of the prereqs for the "GM/Dev" skills. To start training Polaris, you need a prerequisite of Polaris 5. To start training Omnipotent requires Omnipotent 5. Makes them a bit hard to train, yes? (hint: they're only grantable)

Trying to plan Polaris to any level actually crashes EveMon (on my machine anyway), guess it's something to do with the paradox mentioned above.

Yeah, EVEMon will add the Polaris I to the skill plan, and then realize it still is needed, so it will add it again, and again and again, eventually crashing your machine. Just switch off the Non-Public skills, if you can't get them on Tranquility they don't matter to you anyway.
