Hey, I got my acc just today, played for few hours and then after restarted the client I got this Status: Unknown problem. I've searched for a solution, but all the posts are outdated and without confirmed solution. Anyone can help? I know it's a known problem. Is the problem at my side or it's server problem?

Basicly the program cant connect right after it disconnects. To fix this just restart the program and your good to go.

Hi. Usually when people are experiencing issues like this, the problem is their firewall. So I suggest that you:
- Temporarily disable your firewall
Go to your allowed list in the firewall settings and remove eve and re-add it
The reason for this problem is that firewalls store a signature of programs. When you alter the program, like in a patch, the signature of the client has changed. Firewalls should ask you if you want to allow this new change or not. You should press YES on this if you know that you have just patched the EVE client.
If you press NO, you will end up blocking the client from accessing internet and the server. This is possibly what is happening right now.

"Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running or the server address or port is wrong."

I have to same problem, worked just fine in past, and a few hours before the patch it didn't work. I received all notifications during the downtime. I downloaded new patch, still didn't work. re-installed still didn't work, removed from firewall still didn't work. I am behind a linksys firewall. Nothing has changed there. It just does not work. Any ideas.
