I agree with all but the Muninn.
As a mid range sniper i belive it will still be a great ship at mid range sniping but yes will be out classed by the other's now.
The missile's and drone's are quite nice logstic drone's and maybe a few missile's 3-4 Muninn might be able to fight off some small ships where the other snipers would just die.

Mega still make's a better blaster boat than the hyperion in my eyes unless you need a better tank.
The rokh was needed to fill the Sniper role for caldari.
Maelstorm and Abaddon just took the role's of the ship below and did better than them.
Maelstorm is a better gank/tank/better fitting and sniper than the tempest at a sightly higher cost but its better all round.
Abaddon just did the same with apoc and yet it has a boost making it better.
Its not unfair to ask for the tempest to get a boost to make it more usefull compair to the maelstorm.

When did racial traits/Special Ability mattor when they added any ships or make any kind of buff.

agility
Low mass
Small Sig
low tec
High burst
Take a look at the maelstorm trait wise its a caldari battleship badly trying to fool every one its a minmatar.
I do agree that we need our agility to be a fair bit higher than Caldari.

This has gotten stupid now so many troll's have junped in to try and destroy the topic that has given good point's as to why some of our ships need a boost.
Simple fact is the only a few of our ships are great but that don't mean there all uber.
Troll point is OMG rifter best T1 frig so the tempest has to be the worst BS in game.

Yer but that means nothing unless you want to drag race with them it need a boost to agi so it can make use of that speed easyer.
