It gets permissions and skill info from the API, and now my whole forumhas permissions screwed because the API has been down for five and a half hours. I have my crons set to not attmpet updating during the hour of regular downtime that CCP denies the existence of, but this downtime is entirely off the normal downtime and excessively long >:/
