Hello all
I'am currentyly doing level 1 courier missions. I got a effective standing with my agent at 4.2
When can I start doing level 2 missions? I've figured out that I need some sort of referral - when do I get that ?
Thx in advance. |

its been a while since i did missions but i seem to remember that it is the standing with the corp that governs the level agent you can use with standing to the agent just deciding payout.
if you check the corp concerned info and check the agents tab, there will be a list of agents you can use in each division. you may already be able to use a level 2. |

the agent-standing has nothing to do with your availability of L2 agents.
open agent-finder chose corp, region or whatever criteria you have set agent level ??? profit
finding new agents has never been easier since the agent-finder was implemented :) |

Thx for the advice
I checked the agents list in the corp info.
Looooooooooooong, long list of L1 agents available, but no L2 agents available. They won't even talk to me until I get higher standings |

Get the Social Skills "Social" and "Connections". Social helps to get up Standing faster and Connections push your effective Standing. Lvl 3 or 4 should help you alot. |

Level 1 Agents are always available regardless of standings.
http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Agents#Access_to_Agents
There's 3 different standings that govern access to higher level agents.
Faction = high standing allows access to all Agents in all Corporations within that specific Faction. Corporation = high standing allows access to all Agents within that specific Corporation. Agent = high standing allows access to that specific Agent.
If any of those 3 standings drop to -2.00 or lower, you won't be able to access the higher level agents.
Corporation standing is the easiest to gain for accessing Agents level 2 and higher. If using Corporation standing, the Faction must be above -2.00 standing.
Level 2 = +1.00 standing Level 3 = +3.00 standing Level 4 = +5.00 standing Level 5 = +7.00 standing |

Once I was repairing badly damaged empire standing and L2 agent wasn't accessible to me despite having good corp standing. In the end it was Diplomacy skill which saved me endless L1 grinding. |

If you have -2.0 or less with a faction it does not matter how much positive standing you have with any corporation or agent of that faction; they will not give you any missions. Unless the agent is level 1, then you can ALWAYS get a mission. Mr. Science & Trade Institute, EVE Online Lorebook-á |

I find it hard to believe that you cannot even run L2s for the Corp where you already have standing of 4.2 with an agent of said Corp; remember, you need a standing of 1,0 with the CORP to run L2s for it.
The best way to check your overall standings is opening your character sheet, select "standings", then the "liked by" tab then scroll down to the corporations setting. Unbanned since 2011.10.20. |
