This character is great for someone who doesn't want to rely on alts for moneymaking and PvP. That said, she also makes a fine industrial or PvP alt in her own right. She is Hulk Capable, has Refining Efficiency and Production Efficiency V, is trained for astrometrics and covert ops, and is also a very capable Caldari PvE and PvP pilot. She is just under four days off of finishing Battlecruiser V. After that, Leadership V is all that keeps her out of a Nighthawk. She is a great character, and I am selling her because her mining skills are mostly going to waste, at the moment.

30 skills at Level V and 27 skills at Level IV.
The character can fly Caldari HACs, Exhumers, and Caldari Covert Ops. She is nearly Caldari Recon ready as well. With a week or so of training, she can fly Nighthawks as well as Falcons and Rooks. She has T2 heavy missiles and T2 shield tank skills.
In addition, she has sufficient standings to run Level 4 missions for Caldari Navy, Corporate Police Force, and True Power. She currently has approximately 32000 Loyalty Points to True Power, as well as a jump clone in Stain for easy mission access. Her empire clone has a set of +4 implants installed, minus Charisma.
Character has a positive security status, and no kill rights.
Starting Bid: 2.5 Billion ISK
Minimum Bid Increase: 100 Million ISK
Buyout: 5.5 Billion ISK (Contact me with character offers)
Reserve: 3.5 Billion ISK
Sniper Rule: 30 minutes
Auction Ends: Wednesday, 26 March at 12:30pm EVE Time.
I will pay the character transfer fee, and the ISK for this character, if sold, will be transferred to Brigit Akuma. Character has a positive wallet balance, and will be in an NPC corp before the end of the auction.

You mention positive sec status and no kill rights. Do you have a bounty. Also, are you actually out of your player corp now?

No, I do not have a bounty, and yes, I am out of the player corp, now. I'll set my forum settings it to display corp to verify that.
Forgot to mention it in the OP, but this char comes with some limited ship assets. I know for sure of a T2 fitted drake that she is sitting in at the moment. And she also has a Buzzard in Dodixie. Character is currently located in Kamio.
