This is a bit of a moungrel.
You have wasted some skills. You are also lacking in some other important skills for the role as a consequence, such as Navigation.
I would entertain the idea of purchasing this as an alt for 1.75B ISK.
Let me know if this would be acceptable to you. It has potential, don't get me wrong... just no where near 2.5B potential and I fear you may have to get used to visiting a "new Post-less" thread if you pursue that figure.
