Edited by: Afreeq on 25/03/2008 17:03:50 Hello,
I used to be able to run 2 clients at the same time. However, ever since the patch once i get 2 online both clients eventually lock up.
I am running: Windows XP 3.0ghz CPU 1gb RAM EVE Clients from separate Folders EVE Client Classic (/safemode) I turn down my color and buffer in the client options.
Is there any resolution to this? Maybe a couple other /commands that will make the switching between two clients easier?
Please help!
Thank you

are you running both in windowed mode? and 1 gig of ram is cutting it close to run 2 clients at the same time. I cant be sure as i'm no expert, but a 2nd gig might clear things up, but at the very least things will run much smoother. But if your running them in full screen mode then swiching back and fourth that could be your problem too, as doing that causes a lot of stress on your computer.
These are just guesses.

I have the same problem, i already disabled the hardware sound acceletation level, and it helped alot on performance, but it still locks up sooner or later. it was after a trinity patch also, i just cant say wich one for sure :| tried to put only one core on each eve and no deal and also upgraded my graphic card drivers, dunno whats happening. dont know what to do, i need both characters!
my computer: Windows XP AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual core processor 3800+ 2gb RAM Nvidia geforce 7900 GT with latest drivers.
Thank you,
