As I understand it, there are a few capital ships in high sec space. The rules were changed disallowing their construction in high sec space, but some were left in high sec, and as long as they aren't used offensively, they were deemed allowable.
Your best bet for clarification would be to petition a GM, since I'm pretty sure that if you get killed by one of these capital ships in high sec, the GM's will take action.

Yup, and "capital arrays" are needed for supercaps, while "large arrays" (the ones I was talking about) could build dreads and carriers... right ? 
right, but what you quoted was referring to a wyvern 
and the wyvern would last about 30 seconds maybe? cap gone, hmm maybe 45 seconds with that giant shield buffer
and you should check the date of the video of the guy tanking concord
based on the time concord takes to kill a BS, no. If concord didnt had the BRING more ships the more time it takes mechanism It woudl not kill a super tanked mothership.

Your wrong.
Concord uses the GM command "/capnuke target"
neuts would be livable, to a point. Having zero cap, no regen when concord comes... thats not.
Ive noticed that 99.9% of people on these forums have a signature. If you are one of the 0.1% that doesnot have a sig, copy this into your sig, and display your defiance towards people with sigs. |
