Obviously your history is flawed. IRON started out the war against Fix and that was the catalyst to the Great War in the south. I remember big IRON fleets pounding on FIX pos's in Q along with many other alliances. The coalition was never 1 or 2 alliances. Anyways, hope you got all your bags unpacked and are ready, because your presence in the drone regions will not be tolerated.
His history isnt flawed, Iron came to querious on their own for a few weeks, achieved nothing and left, you then came back with all your friends smacked local tremendously, lost a few caps and gave up, then the 3rd visit Razor had admittedly done a fantastic job researching the systems they needed to disrupt and brought some friends in, only a handful of Iron were ever in Querious the 3rd time so you really cant take credit for it.
What I find to this day laughable is that when FIX were in Deklein with their dreads and some friends where were Iron?

Here's a tip for the dark side, if you want the enemy to stick around for longer bring less of an overkill and leave them with some faint hope.

That is such a load of crap. EVERYONE always tries to bring the most numbers they can. Where we are, anytime a roaming gang comes in, as soon as any force of even close size comes in, they jump out.
If you want a fight, you jump in, **** the numbers. Otherwise, you dont want a fight, you want to ensure your ship survives.

Sure.
I can hear it on TS.
"OK, we have a support fleet of 80 and 20 caps. ... no... wait a minute.
OK, we have intel that the ewnemy only have 50 in gang. We need to lose 40 in the support fleet and 10 caps, or we'll never get a fight. No volunteers? OK, I'll start kikcing every other member of the fleet."
Yeah. Like THAT will happen. And I doubt the defender would shed members to "get a fight" either. Just won't happen.
That was an incredibly dumb comment. ------------------------------------------

To be fair, I kind of thought the same thing - had we held our hand back a little - you guys would have committed at the gate (since your non-cap ships outnumbered us).
Then again for all we knew you could have done the exact same thing to us...
Both sides played well - fair fights are for tournaments. __________________________________________________ Sup brosef! Destry's Lounge is looking for a few good drunks - contact me in game.

Better one good hyperion kill and live to fight another day, than to lose many ships just to get another KM.
It should be fun down here, since IRON seems to not like my friends in FIX being around.
Hopefully we'll remain (mostly) smack free and enjoy the fun.

Then don't say you're sorry they didn't stick around for longer, you just wanted to end it as soon as possible with minimal losses, everything else is backpatting bull****. |

That was a different fight. IRON paid us 3 visits yesterday. The first 2, we spanked them home, the third we made some mistakes and they ended up killing 1CS 1BS and a recon. They outnumbered us, with almost all BS, we wanted to go to bed, so we hotdropped them, they ran back home. Not that I blame them, not much you can do in that situation. But it was late, what can I say. -----------

There was only 2 visits yesterday. The first was a roaming gang of 10 which you blobbed with 30 of your guys, and the second was a bit larger roaming gang of about 20 on which you hot dropped caps. Save your breath trying to sound like you wanted us to stay, because it was quite obvious you brought out everything you could to avoid losses.

It's a shame that after all this time both alliances have ppl that still can't do this in a civil manner.
I'm sure you are looking forward to this as much as we are, I just hope that we can do things in more of an adult manner than we've managed in the past. The benefit of having target on ones doorstep is clear and again, I'm sure you are as happy about it as we are. History aside I'm hoping for some nice skirmishes over the coming weeks.
With regards to the other night, having only been involved with the latter 2 engagements (the last of which was infact the same small gang that had switched into heavier ships to counter the bs/rapier heavy gang you used to drive the initial nano-gang off), I can't comment on the earlier gang that day but it does certainly appear that you, whilst heavily outnumbering them, had the best of the engagement.
(from here on in i'll try to avoid crying 'blob,' it's eve and it is the way of things, if you can't avoid the blob then you deserve to die to it)
The second/third engagements were better contested. They don't really warrant any sort of report as they were still pretty small (btw without undue smack intended, the numbers of fix losses are slightly out, you appear to be missing a lossmail or two from your board, feel free to pull them off ours as necessary), suffice it to say it's now nice to know which side of the fence XIII Legio stand on In all honesty we thought you were just random low sec types, and were a little suprised when you teamed up with fix, but fair play all the same.
The hot drop manouver caught us off guard a little (mostly due to the suprise merging of the XIII Legio and fix gangs), but would have worked slightly better if you'd waited for us to aggro before popping the cyno, you'd probly have got more than just 1 ship. Even so it bodes well for the near future
Anyway, here's to some fun and hopefully clean fights in the near future.

Hi there, posting losses has been a problem for both sides in the past but we try to keep our killboard accurate (it is worthless otherwise) so if you have any unposted IRON losses then please evemail me a link to the kill in question and I will take it up with their corp CEO.
I hope we can have a good and smack free fight, It will be good to see what both sides can bring without the massive multi alliance blobs getting in the way.
