Consider this your first chance to get PVP experience. Get in frigates, destroyers or something cheap, fit it with T1 items and start searching for your war targets.
Don't get down if you loose all your ships. When I started flying in 0.0, I only had a rifter, which I would regularily patrol our Allince space, with my might 1.5 Skillpoints! Whenever I attcked somone 1 on 1 I lost, but a few times I got interceptors into structure before I popped, etc, which just made me feel great. Despite the enemy being a year or two older, I was still able to compete with my T1 fitted 1.5 million SP rifter, woe to them, if we had been two pilots!
Never smack! Say GF in local, ask them about their setups when they win, even ask for tips, most PVPers would be honoured to help.
Have fun! This is what the game is all about. Besides, when you some time in the future tries to join a 0.0 allince or a PVP corp, and they ask you if you got any PVP experiance, what would you like to say the most? "Yes, we got blow out of the sky when we were a couple of weeks old, then we corp jumped until the wardeccers got bored."
or
"Yes, we got decced by a superioir corp, but we put up a fight and even got a few kills/good fights!".
Train Propulsion jamming 1! Webs allows you to hold interceptors and nano ships in place, and warp scramblers allow you to prevent their ships from warping.
This is a oppertunity for you to show what you are made off.

Find someone in-eve. If you're on at the same time as me, and I'm not doing something horribly intensive, I'll happily help you all out, even if just providing advice. If you don't find me online, go ahead and look in the help channel, or just go to either a mission hub or a system with lots of people in it and ask for advice. Try to get someone to convo you and explain to you what you need to do to fight. Check out the ships and modules forum for basic ship fitting advice, and learn to work as a group to take down larger opponents.
Look at it this way, depending upon what your opponents are flying, you can actually make a profit off this. 10 frigs with a semi-decent fit and being able to orbit and press f1-whatever and you could take down a t2 fit battleship. If all that survives is one frig, but your fittings were just t1, you won't really loose anything from your frig losses, and taking the loot from his wreck and selling it at a nearby market, and you can make enough to buy a whole new fleet.
As a 25mil sp player, I've noticed that even my assault frigs are worth close to 30mil in just ship and fittings. Battleships tend to be around 120 to 150mil for the teir 1, and more for the higher teir, and until I die and check the killboard, I don't even realize that the ship was worth even that much. Usually, I have enough on hand afterwards that i can just pop in station and fit up a new ship. If any of your opponents are like me, you can blob them individually and defeat them, and still make a tidy profit.
Basic skills you'll find useful Propulsion jamming lvl 1 - now they can't run from you because you can use webbers and warp disruptors Navigation 4, Afterburner 4, high speed manuvering lvl 1 - you can now fit a MWD and chase them down Try using ECM on a couple frigs (griffin works great), a few lucky jams and your little fleet may survive a small gang of opponents.
And again - just try to get a mentor of some sort in game to explain all the basics for you and ask any questions.

Like someone else suggested, I would go with Agony Unleashed pvp lesssons. They also are free for new people, which it sounds like your corp is full of. Between that and free ships you should be more than capable of dealing with these ransomers. Heh, by the time this is over you might end up with a pvp corp on your hands :p. Support fixing the UI |

Also, regardless if you are in a war or not make friends in your near by systems. You never know when it will come in handy. If your corp is more an industrial corp, find some "pvp corps" around your sysetem and make a deal to make ships for them for free if they help out, etc.
Or join an alliance and be part of their industrial backbone. People will protect their assets. Otherwise, just log in and go to work, etc. They will get bored camping your stations if you never leave it or never fight. People wardec so they have things to shoot. This is coming from personal experience (me being on the otherside). Just make them bored and they will stop the war.

Although I know it's no fun to get decced by people who are way longer in the game then you, I still wonder why most corps come whining here about those "ebil piwates" who decced their corp. Joining/forming a corp = accepting the danger of you getting wardecced by others. If you can't live with that, DON'T join/form a corp.
Running away/corp hopping/staying logged off is a way to deal with it. But that just reinforces the point that you shouldn't be in a corp in the first place.
Fighting is a way to deal with it. Problem is that they usually hope for this, so you play right allong.
Getting yourself out of it, in a diplomatic way, is another way of dealing with it. Try haggling. Try to persuade them so you don't have to pay everything at once, pay in small parts. Hire mercs.

here is what I would do.
1) create 2 alts and get them basic corp management skills. 2) create an alternate corp heck have the HQ in the same place as your main corp 3) make the alts the CEO's of both corps 4) jump the accounts back and forth between corps and they will get tired of spending isk for no reward. --------------------- Creator of another Mining Calculator |

They might find it amusing enough to go for it tbh. I know I would consider it
There are plenty of people in game who will offer you a hand, I know that my corp has thrown in a war-dec against corps that threaten our friendly corps, doesn't happen as often anymore, but the smacktalk from the high-sec ransom corp members is normally hilarious... telling us -10.0 guys to come and fight them, in high-sec of course. Which according to them makes us noobs for not being able to come fight on "their" turf, when the only one of them we'll ever see in local is a cov-ops scout.
In my experience a lot of highsec war-dec/ransom corps run at the sign of anything that might be somewhat of a challenge. You could find some higher SP pilots looking for a temporary corp to pew pew with and you'd be golden, without any isk spent
I hate admitting it but that tech guy is right again.

Fight back.
It took me seven days to train a 200DPS Thorax pilot and a good Blackbird pilot. We're talking about chars with under 1.1 million SP so clones are cheap. If you have ten members with two accounts each that's a gang of 20 low SP chars that can do 2500DPS and jam everything.
Who knows, you may have some fun and learn something too.

It's a shame that folks feel the need to run off new players.
If nothing else set a long skill train and just take a week off. They most likely won't keep it going for more than a couple weeks. It's hard to keep the troops in line if they are bored.
Also if you do move to another system you should not log off in a station. Make a safepoint using bookmarks and log off there. That way if they use a locator agent they can't find you.
You never posted the name of the corp griefing you though. Shame might actually end the war sooner....

Hadea, please contact me in game, I have a really good solution/proposition, that may benefit both of us. It comes with a price attached but it's not ISK in it's purest form. You wont be working for us per se or anything silly like that and you can do what you enjoy most, missioning and mining. Looking at the date they might have retracted by now but my solution would mean that less corps of that nature would dec you in future.

You never contacted me regarding free frigates and mods. Too bad. Perhaps rolling over so easily if why you were war dec'd in the first place. This could have been a great learning opportunity for you and wouldn't have cost you much. You're an embarassment to yourself and your corp.

Did you consider moving your operation to low sec? As dumb as it sounds, you will probably be safer.
I mean if they follow you there they might have to deal with *real* pirates and I doubt they want that.
I remember I was hiding in low sec for a month when a corp I was in back then ended up in a war that we could not really win. Worked great.
Be sure to read piracy and antipiracy sticky threads if you decide to try it.
