RA has ceded the entire Cache region to Ultima Rati0 and Solar Fleet looks like they are taking it over. I think they are trying to build another AAA and are headed into the drone regions. Looks like RA is franchising out their operations, or giving Solar Dragons the territory they want. I wish I spoke Russian, everything I know is second or 3rd hand or from the maps. Doesn't look like drama to me. Their killboard is clean of Solar Fleet kills and on paper it makes sense for RA to do this. Looks like their usual crush kill destroy. Well VU-WU certainly aren't a holding corp formed to manage the station in VU-WU2 in The Spire (the region formerly known as VU-WU2) thats for sure. The fact that they only have four members definitely doesn't confirm it either.
