3 light Neutron blaster II's
1 1mn MWD
1 x5 prototype webby
1 24k warp disrupt
1 mag field stab II
1 MAPC
1 inertia stab/ nano/ overdrive
2 warrior II's in drone bay.
does a clean 180 DPS, but make sure you approach and set your "keep distance" at 500m.
very close and personal, very high DPS.

for solo i was thinking
3x 125s
mwd/fleeting web/named 20km disruptor
mag stab/nano/dmg ctrl
2x aux rigs
does 122dps with cn anti, 5300m/s with my skills how would this do vs other ceptors
i normaly fly a crow

i know blaster do more dps but rails seem better no expereinced crow pilot wll ever get near my webr range

My blasteranis setup:
Highs:
Light Ion II + offline whatever
Mids:
Catalyzed cold gas mwd
x5 web
scrammer (best named i think)
Lows:
2 magstabs (love the dps)
1 DCII
Do not engage anything that can kill you. Which in short is everything larger with decent tracking + web, drones or neuts. Breaks 200 dps easy and has a decent structuretank for an inty. But if youre in a gang probability is that your target will pop before you do anyways.

If you are solo then go with the rails. Any speed tanked vessel is not happy within web range.
If you are in a gang your primary role is anti frig (not AF just frigs) and anti inty support. And in that case you can go with rails (damage at bigger distance but lower DPS) or blasters (high damage output but very close range). Still avoiding webs from bigger ships is a must here too.
