The main bone of contention wasn't MC going neutral, it was them deciding to back out of their side of the arrangement, but without giving back what we provided from our side.
If they had all gone off up north, rather than trying to steal *our* space, cool & groovy .. but they didn't.
Relationships end, but if you want to remain friends they have to end amicably.

To be fair mate, if you take it in the context of his post it was a pretty fair point.
Sure you still have to be good, but the organisation, team-work, and logistics make things easier for the members in general.
That is, of course, the point of organisation, team-work, and logistics. 
I don't think he is using "easy mode" as a jibe - I certainly didn't see it that way.
