This ship is a beast for pve, it obliterates missions far faster than my alts CNR ever did. Just getting out of missions and selling off the assets associated with them :)

Somewhere between 5-6 billion prob.
Hards are worth roughly 3bil or so total
Officer Heatinks total are about700ish
nos is about 500
Nightmare itself is 950ish
Rigs are 300ish
Navy Tachs are about 300ish
Forgot to list, but also has 2 CN shield boost amps as well

I would also be willing to piecemeal sell the items on this as well. If someone is interested in a specific mod I could work out selling them individually...
