Vote for Ankhesentapemkah!
Take Care opposes the rampant crime and piracy in high-security space, and will focus on fixing the loopholes in the current insurance, standing and bounty systems.
That, and more.
Take Care will strongly support game mechanics which facilitates player participation in bounty hunting and vigilante operations in high-security space, in order to keep the responsibility for security as much in the hands of the players as possible.

Thanks for the support, Gentle Miner. |

Do we need to to understand the mechanics behind it?
Originally by: Aadi Grox never mind, I'm tired of playing with ankh's alt
We already had a thread about who is my alt and who is not. Gentle Miner is not. |

I'm sorry. But you already posted with alts. Who is to say, that you don't have more alts?
The way Gentle Miner posts on the forum, the EXACT thought, that it was your alt, came to my mind as well.
Simple. The whole alt issue actually proves that I CAN be trusted. Why? Because I did not lie about it and came forward instead. I could easily have gotten away with it last time if I had lied and quickly transferred the char to another account, etc.
I chose to speak the truth and face the consequences, instead of using a lie to save my ego.
I already said that Gentle Miner is no alt of mine, and that all my alts have already been revealed.
Since you are a candidate as well, LaVista Vista, I'll give you my word of honor on this and say again: I do not have any alts or accounts that have not already been mentioned. |

Edited by: Ankhesentapemkah on 04/05/2008 14:35:07 Edited by: Ankhesentapemkah on 04/05/2008 14:32:23 That has already been discussed and explained. Not going to repeat myself in every other thread.
And just because I made 4 quite innocent posts with an alt in 5 years doesn't mean I can't be trusted, eh? Instead, count on how many things I said with my main that were unpopular enough in some circles to get me trolled in almost every thread I post in, and have assassins come after me ingame to collect my corpse. |

Tough luck, chummy. There are many CSM campaign issues of mine that address things that belong in C&P, and that means I'm here to stay. |

Originally by: Navtiqes I just now noticed the CSM subforum and I'm speechless. Seriously, this is ridiculous. It's like an US election race; way over the top and out of proportions.
Wasn't the point that a bunch of people from the community would meet CCP at an annual meeting or something and get to see changes slightly earlier then everyone else - and then have a minor chance to affect them for better or worse?
Not really, it's more like a channel for players to submit their ideas and concerns and get dev feedback on their issues.
Originally by: Navtiqes The way the CSM forum is acting right now it sounds as though they're supposed to be new devs.
Being a game designer in real life, I might actually apply for a position with CCP later on. Be careful what you say.
Originally by: Navtiqes I LOVE the CSM short though. Chaos Space Marines totally deserve their own forum.
My 12000 point Eldar army disagrees. The election isn't the only thing I do over the top. |

Originally by: Janus Cohen Hmmm. I am split between 2 players at the moment. I dont know If I should vote for Ahnkkah or Hardin. Hardin Has been in the game for a long time, probably longer than most players running. He seems almost like a dev becuase he does know alot about the game, and might be able to bring some of that old school EVE experince back.
I do like the ideas of Ahnkkah. C&P seems like a gloat fest for people who are constantly proved to be liars as they can not represent proof for their PVP kills. I think She might have some useful ideas, but she has never been in a corp, one of the things I really like about EVE. If the other people want my vote they need to getout here and start posting.
Hmm. On one hand, Hardin will get in for sure, while I need every vote I can get at this moment. But on the other hand, strategic voting might be a bit unfair, and you should vote for whoever you think is best, because the person with the most overall votes will get head of the CSM. So it's entirely up to you.
Originally by: Janus Cohen I wish CCP had more peopel to represent the players though, having one player who might specialize in one part of the game might not feel as passionatly about one part of EVE as the other, and they might not take other players concerns as seriously. I think there should be a member for Trade, PVP,PVE and Industry. Seeing these people meet and discuss things would be a bloodbath I would love to watch
Hehe. I've already had a few conversations with other candidates, and so far all the discussions were very mature. There wasn't a lot of disagreement actually. I think the candidates I spoke to are all genuinely interested in making this game better. ---
Consider voting for me in the CSM elections. Click the banner to watch the campaign movie.

Promise me you won't give Mission Runners in Empire Space aggro against those who salvage the wrecks, and I *might* give you my entire Corp's Vote.
(Hey - I said you had a nice Mini.)
Edit: Changed "will" to "*might*" because of your non-committal answer to my question.
Sorry the only promise I can make is that I'll speak up against those that want to give agro rights without researching and considering the mechanics behind it or the consequences such a decission will have on other systems.
I suggest waiting for what other candidates have to say in that thread before casting your votes - you still have quite a bit of time left. |
