You need audio enabled to use EVE Voice.

I'm having a related problem. The EVE Audio enabled box is checked, but there are no more options on the menu. Right clicking a channel does not give any Join Audio options.
Also have a Realtek HD soundcard, I believe.

I have JOIN AUDIO option, with EVE VOICE enabled but when I click it on channel nothing happens, I only once was able to join EVE VOICE, doing same over and over again. Once it works, most of time its doesnt.

Usually this means 1 of about 3 things. 1. Your ISP is slowing or blocking your SIP traffic (Or your overall internet connection is slow). 2. Your router is shaping or blocking your SIP traffic. 3. Your firewall is blocking SIP traffic.
An easy way to see if this is true is to download and install WireShark and capture the packets flowing through your network interface. After you capture packets while you're trying to use EVE Voice you should be able to filter packets for SIP and you'll see that EVE Voice is trying to connect to the voice servers using port 5062 then when that's unsuccessful you will see it try to switch over to port 5060. More than likely it's just a configuration in your router that is blocking or shaping your SIP traffic.
Why don't you give the Wireshark thing a try and paste the results after you filter for SIP and I'll give it a look.

Yes, but what about in your ESC -> Audio menu.
If you don't see anything there I suggest that you try the wireshark method above. If you post your results I will be more than happy to take a look at them :-)
Hope I've been of help! -Nate
