A Brutix can't blow up a DST or a blockade runner before concord arrives, even in 0.5 (that I'm aware of?).
Can a single raven do it? -- Ralara / Ralarina |

I fly Gallente as well - but the Brutix doesnt have the DPS to take down a transport or blockade runner - a Raven does.
On a related note, I got my first hate mail from a AFKer...
[13:17:00] VICTIM: > чтоб ты сдох сволочь!
Which means, according to Babel, something along the lines of "Die, you bastard."
He wasn't technically AFK, he was afterburning from gate to gate, on auto pilot :D -- Ralara / Ralarina |

Originally by: Avelie It might just be a moment of stupidity, but wouldn't you get your raven(s) blown up by concord if you pop the hauler or not? I'm just thinking that any kind of mortal loot can hardly be worth a bunch of ravens.
oh crap, you're right.
nvm then. -- Ralara / Ralarina |

Helpful answer: check into platinum insurance on a battleship. Quite often you'll see that the actual cost post-kablooey and insurance payout can be LOWER on a battleship than a battlecruiser. Last I checked it was around 1-2 million on a Dominix. Ravens may be closer to 8M loss, but named siege launchers are nearly free.
I've never seen it but apparently plenty of people insist on hauling hundreds of M worth of loot AFK in haulers. Some claim suicide ganking is one of the most profitable activities in Eve, if you choose your targets right.
I nearly got one earlier but someone else decloaked and got them ebfore I could
1.6b in a badger II, and he said in local (cos me and the guy that ganked him were having a chuckle) that we were "sinners" and that "we cannot be saved".
At first we were "lol?" but it turns out he was serious.
Of course, in local, he said he was quitting with all 4 of his accounts () but I've added him to my address book and he's logged on twice since then :D
Well, a rather crappy day overall, gank wise. Seems there was a bit of competition between me and 2 or 3 others in one system... had some crappy drops - one for 6m...
But overall, profit. Not much, but some.
Now to get my sec status back up :D -- Ralara / Ralarina |

Originally by: CEO Drako so does having a can full of BM's mess with your scanners like its rumored to?...and yes I know everyones going to say no..but I like silly questions
No - it takes a couple more seconds to put everything on the scan, but no.
Besides, if a scan takes longer than 0.5 seconds to appear on my screen (the more items, the more "lag" so to speak), the more it peaks my interest. If something takes 10 seconds to load up, I'm not goin to scan through the list I'm going to blow it up regardless :D -- Ralara / Ralarina |

Yes I know, by "I nearly got one" I meant a victim, not a transport :) -- Ralara / Ralarina |
