Drones have great loot and decent salvage. Angels, sanshas and blood raiders drop great salvage. Anything else is meh.

Angels, Blood Raiders, Sanshas, and Drones are all pretty good for salvage.
Serpentis and Guristas are kind of meh both salvage wise and lootwise.
EoM and Mercs give absolutely horrible salvage, half the time it's huge quantities of metal scraps. They do give great loot, however.

They do drop burned logic. 85k a pop isn't bad, but YMMV.
