Will the new eve book have an FSC certification ?
I am in no way a "Tree Hugging Hippy" but recently a few of the recent additions to my book collection are FSC certified. I have felt a small modicum of pride that my publisher* has taken a "green" approach.
AFAIK there is only 1 book that is 100% printed on recycled paper. FSC is a step forward and many publishers are going towards getting "green" credentials.
Are CCP thinking about their carbon footprints ?
*harper collins seem to publish most of my books

Small Update : i RealLifeÖ mailed the publisher and am awaiting their reply.
Unfortunatly we live in a world where carbon footprints, offsetting, Green, etc etc are now major concerns in this RL world we kinda live in. :/

So, you sent them a written letter, on paper, using fuel to get there? Or an email? -----

Call me an unenlightned book-o-phile, but I dislike the recycled paper books, mainly due to the quality (or lack thereof) of the paper.
So I don't buy them, and spend my money on higher quality dead tree formats - though I buy electronic books as well. ***** Rule 27: 'Don't be afraid to be the first to resort to violence.' -The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Pirates [schlockmercenary.com] |
