Like in topic.
A I see every faction has two or three mission hubs where missionaries group together to do missions.
Those hubs have 200+ peoples in local making the game very laggy.
Now it makes me wonder that lots of peoples had already camed up with this conclusion... thou I don't know why it havent ever been implemented. Making a full set of agents for every station (from lvl1 to lvl4 for empire... to lvl5 for low sec) would surely make peoples spread.
Quality could be determined directly by sec status of the system not capped by it while still displaying effective q of like 40 (for those with skills).
Or well... if someone does not like the idea just make more lvl4 agents plz.
Logicaly interstellar huge corporations should have thousands of employees being able to interact with pod pilots :)

This wouldn't make people spread out more... it'd let them all congregate at the first station they came to outside of the Rookie Tutorials...
Instead of 200+ at a station trying to mission, you'd have approx 2900 at each station. That's given a population of 35000 players, 4 races, 3 "classes" for each race.
So that's why the agents are spread out, in fact Encourage people to disperse. Take note that you may have a Quality 10 Agent where you are, but there's probably a 9 and an 11 at opposite ends of the universe from there.
And as for L4's, they're rare because of the difficulty of the missions. Making them more common ~might~ help, but they should still be less common than an L1.

i see your point of course.
Though i agree thet making so many agents would not be adviceable i believe that making like 4x more of them spread around space woudl be nice. Lag, loot thieves hanging in 200+ systems, suiciders, scammers and toher sux elements would (especially lag) stimulate the spread of missionaries. The comfort of having everything under your nose once u started playing woul wave off soon once youll find a quieter place somewhere else i believe :)
Well at least that is what I would have done :) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥-☻BPINC☺-♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ |

More abundant choice in mission areas would be nice. But immerse yourself in the setting of Eve, and realize what agents represent. They're a contact, who happens to work for a particular organization, and has established ties in the local area. He knows people, who know people... and he hears about ore to mine, people to kill, and items to get delivered.
Every single organization can't have a person to man each station out there. I've no idea how many individual stations there are, but I'm pretty sure it's a lot (of a lot, of a lot).
There are still a fair number of agents out there. Try switching the Division you are looking for. Sure, Command missions are a lot of killing, but so are Internal Security, Security, Surveillance... and those agents may be out away from the clusters of Runners(and their counterparts, the sad and pathetic Pirates).
Just a thought.
