So far. It is extremely hard getting used too the gank-tank and how too play it right (i can't lol still learning) But I do finish missions alot faster then with a close-range Armageddon with dual-reps, uber tank and Cap Boosters.
Apocalypse is my new mission pal now :) Somebody set up us the bomb |

If you were any good at pvp then you wouldn't need to run missions. But you sound like a failbear so carry on.
Not really, all that faction ammo is expensive. ^_^

your mommy scold you or something...I can just feel the rage
all the hardcore pvpers I know are either broke, living off of alliance funds, or have mission running/mining alts
I love the dicotamy of whine and pretend you do it any different

The question was how to maximize ISK/hour not how to overtank your ship so you don't die when the server goes down.
I'm glad someone besides Liang read what I said. Jesus.

Originally by: Shiken Kan With a caldari background you'd better be going for the nightmare instead of the paladin. And tbh t2 and faction bs should have at least some faction stuff, it's not that expensive but improves your performance quite a bit.
so here's a nightmare fit, 1000 dps about 500 sustainable tank (vs sansha, all other rats higher ofc)
3x HS II 2x CFC II
1x Pith X-type LSB (this one is about 600m) 1x DG SBA (30-40) 2x Photon scattering field II 1x Heat dissipation field II 2x cap recharger II
4x Tachyon II (AN gamma, for lasers faction ammo is a no brainer) 1x tractor 1x salvager
3x ccc 1
5x hammerhead II 5x hobgoblin II
I'm crosstraining Amarr, I have **** all missile skills. Trust me, not worth my while.

Not skill intensive, u only salvage large maybe even medium wrecks.
If u are lucky, u can probe out angels mission, so trit bars can give u 15mil in 15minutes of work..
but i just have salvage thiefs:D
Nah, salvage ninja work averages maybe 5-10M per hour, even if you're good at it. It's feast-or-famine, though, some days you'll make 20M off a couple missions, other days it'll take an hour before you even find anything. You do it for the fun, not the ISK.
There's a reason I don't salvage. I figured that was mostly obvious in my isk/hr topic :P

ignorant troll is ignorant. Amusing. Do you like making yourself look stupid in public places? Do you defecate yourself in malls or something IRL?

Much as I hate to agree with an "I don't like the idea of flying T2 ships into PVP" carebear, even pvp'ers have to make money somehow.
Lowsec pirates (but who cares about lowsec) or factional warfare (lol, roleplayers) might survive on pvp loot alone if they're good - but you tell me a single person out there who managed to pay for their mothership or whatever via pvp, and I'll go into a hat boutique with a knife and fork and some delicious sauce, and consume as many as you instruct.

I maximize the profit by having a Torp-golem on the main that goes "shoo shoo!" and have 3 tractor beams to pull in the wrecks. On the alt I have a Tachy-Paladin that "pew pew" and has 3 salvagers. 10x T2 Hammerheads wipe the floor with NPC frigates, AF and even cruisers and HACs
I have just enough tank with t2 stuff and a faction or two. I don't really need much tanking with the DPS of those 2 ships. I do mount perma tanks though, mainly because I had trouble micromanaging reppers on both ships at the same time.

Here are my setups:
Golem: 4x T2 Siege Launchers, 3x tractor 2x t2 cap recharger, 2x t2 hardener, 1x t2 invul, 1x PWNAGE, 1x gist XL 3x t2 BCU, 1x CPR rigs: 1x hydrualic bay, 1x rocket fuel implants: 5% torp damage, 5% missile ROF, 5% missile flight and some 5% cap related implant
Paladin: 4x T2 tachs, 3x salvager 3x t2 cap recharger, 1x shadow serp. TC w/ tracking script 3x t2 heatsinks, 1x t2 EANM, 2x t2 hardener, 1x core repper rigs: 2x CCC implants: 5% large energy, 5% ROF, and squire pg8 (I needed this to fit t2 tachyons)
Both char trained cybernetic 5 at the start, so nice implants are available.
I've been meaning to replace the BCU and headsinks with navy ones but never got around to do so. All t2 gear except the SB, Repper and TC, those I need to perma run (micro managing 2 gank-tank ship was too busy for me) paladin doesn't have the tracking like nightmare so I got the best TC I could find at the time.
I don't mission around hubs, the place I hang has some friendlies so chance of suicide gank is low (knock on wood)
Works well for me so far, any suggestions for improvement is welcome.
[Edit] Oh and I carry 5x t2 goblins and 5x t2 hammerheads on each ship

Do you switch out hardeners for missions and go 2x Kin and 2x Therm for Serps? Or do you just keep it omni for every mission?
Whats the point of the Med Arm Bots? You tank everything right, so your sentries take no damage.

I switch them out. IIRC, that fit was for Angels. The armor bots are for repping any sentry drones I'm lax enough to let get hit (as well as any gang mates I might have with me).
