tbh being locked out of gallente and minmatarr space in my case doesnt matter because i have no reason to go there.
Being locked out of 0,0 doesnt matter because my corp is nuetral to all entities anyways.
The only thing that changes for me is that now rather then having to go to 0.0 for pew pew, I can join a militia and shoot people in low sec without a sec hit and do so while gaining faction standing which for me is invaluable. (jumpclones across all of amarr and caldari space ftw?)
This expansion is sorely needed, and I believe it will have a healthy participation. |

Im glad that others see why I get so irritated when people complain about the expansions, then complain about the downtimes.. then talk about how their 15 dollars a month gives them this huge entitlement to whine and complain.
They should just remember why they are still here. Frankly I am glad that such a good game was released in the first place, but its still going strong, and this expansion in just one of several that is going to revolutionize the game as we know it.
Can't wait to see the patch notes so that I can see what was added that I missed during testing. |

Concord doesnt protect carebears, it only kills you after you kill them, unless your not smart enough to know how to fit your ship.
Concord doesnt protect you, they only clean up the mess.
@anyone that is complaining about the expansion, remember that its free.
You will get your content all in due time. Be patient, some people have been waiting for 5 years and still haven't seen the features they have wanted.
That being said, this expansion is going to be awsome. As someone who went from empire to 0.0 and empire again (not only on this char) but on other chars as well, FW does have a place for you regardless of your experience level, but it will be a good bridge between empire and 0.0. |

Quote: I am not sure bringing in a bunch of expensive hanger-queens really qualifies as 'new ships'. The new faction cruisers really do not add anything to the game.. no new capabilities, no new roles, no filling the various role holes that people have been taking note of. Just a few 'much more expensive for slightly better' ships with the same basic abilities as a dozen other ships theirugh size.
So no. Now new ships this expansion.
Just because your poor and allow ships to sit in your hangar as "hangar queens" and collect dust, doesn't mean the rest of us will.
I fund my pvp and multiple accounts through missions running/ratting all on my own, and I can say I will be pvping in a navy omen as soon as I get my hands on one. I also have a sweet plate abaddon setup that I will roll out when we need more firepower.
Just because some people dont like to risk expensive ships, doesn't mean that no ships are added in this expansion.
And I dont know if you have flown the navy omen yet, but it's a hell of a ship. It tears apart anything less then a battlecruiser with ease including other faction cruisers and in some cases hac's as well. (depends on circumstances, but the ones that were nano'd above 2.2km/s ran, and the ones that weren't nano'd died.) |

Quote: As someone with 5 accounts, 3 of which over 4 years old, I would REALLY like to see CCP fix the damn deadspace salvage / looting / baiting issue.
It truly ticks me off that I have had to develop an entire 'fleet' of specialized characters to just to be efficient (if not exactly profitable) and yet I can still lose my salvage to a scammer while I'm still engaged with the mission rats (while MY salvager is waiting at the gate!!). Worse yet, if I try to run them off after they steal my loot while I'm engaged, I am now at the mercy of the mission rats AND whatever fleet the scammer decides to come back with. It's unfair and should be considered an exploit.
I shouldn't have to have 1) a mission ship 2) a salvager 3) a mission ship 'protector' ship and 4) a scout at my deadspace gate just to protect myself & my spoils during a mission. Give us a break!!Evil or Very Mad
If this is in empire, then you need to run agents somewhere other then the busy hubs. I run missions in amarr, and I have never had my salvage stolen, however I recently quit salvaging and looting as its less profitable then quickly running through missions. (until i get my marauder that is)
If this is in low sec/0.0 (which i highly doubt it due to the context you have put it in) Deal with it its part of the game. yarrr |
