Wtf? An Ishtar has that little tank, I thought it can easily do most, if not all lvl 4s and uber plexes?
The only thing I ever lost in that cloud was a shuttle xD

How much HP do they have?
I do it in an ABing raven usually and it goes to like 35% shiled.

Jesus lol, my Raven with 8k shields with about 70% resists accross the board does it w/o boosting a single time (It takes all 4 or 5 waves w/o dropping below 30% shield)
Moar detail:
Teh waves do:
4X800 (at 0% resists) NOTE: I'm not sure if there are 4 or 5 small waves.
1X3600 (at 0% resist)
6800 Damage altogether at 0% resists, so if you have more shield, armour or hull than 6800 (or more on all 3 combined) and 0% resists, you will survive that part.
After the final big wave, there wont be any more damage. I've tried it in a shuttle but got instapopped by the first wave. The cloud wont damage your pod. I've tested that with 260M of implants at stake :P

Is there a gate before u go into the cloud or do you warp right into it?
Basically, can you use an MWD?

The damage scales with your sig radius, I take far less damage on the vengeance than I do on bigger ships. I'm sure you can't use MWDs but if you could it would prolly be suicide.
If you put an MWD on a drake?
Drake barely goes below 80% shield in that part.
