unfortunaly eve has a huge memory leak
interesstingly it only seems to happen when i run 2 eve clients and have my virtual memory turnd off. eve starts whit around 330 mb per client and after around 2 - 3 houres both clients use around 1.4 - 1.5 gb of memory and eve crashes.
im runing vista ultimate 64bit and have an amd 64x2 (939) whit 4 gb memory and a 7950gx2
realy would love to play this game whit vm mem off sins it improves loading lag problem so mutch

As i mentioned in my thread, i think my comp's suffering from memory leak issues with Eve as well, although i'm only running one client.

Vista is designed to use virtual memory along with RAM to improve app loading times amongst other things.
Vista is a LOT better at memory managment than XP if you let it (seems that many people have issues with this and disable stuff to "free up memory", this just causes other issues and, if you have enough RAM, achieves nothing).
if Vista is running well it should use around 60% of available RAM while a single instance of the Eve client is running - RTFM...
memory leaks are more likely to be caused by bad drivers or - more likely - Norton/Symantec antivirus.
For the Record: I have no memory leaks and no load-time issues with Eve, I have VM on and am running Vista Home Premium x64.
