Seriously, do it, define what hidden means.
I'm tired of all you idiot conspiracy theorists slapping the word "HIDDEN" in your theories, the GTC price-change was accounced publicly numerous times, it has been discussed in numerous threads, and people have been spotted (not kidding) spamming it around popular places in eve.
Christ if thats hidden i'd like to buy 9 tinfoil hats please.
The GTC price increase is about as well hidden as an elephant in an open field.

People using "hidden" were probably 1) trolls or 2) people with bad english vocabulary. It's sort of a misleading term, what I think they meant was "dressed up" GTC price-change.
When it was announced, it was described as a "simplification" or something like that, not simply "CCP wants more money, so we're increasing the price." Because the (obvious) actual intent differed from the stated intent, people describe it as "hidden."

Actually Shakuul, CCP wants the SAME amount of money they always wanted, it is just that the US dollar is worth the same as toilet paper so they have to raise the price to get the same value.
I think they should require that we all pay our subs in gold commodity certificates.

Right, they had to jack up the cost of GTCs (in nominal terms) to get more money than they would otherwise have by not jacking up the cost (and maintain about the same real income). Sorry if my use of "more" was misleading.
I guess CCP could peg their sub to an arbitrary commodity, but that would introduce an unnecessary amount of risk (gold prices can and do go down).
