I'm not one to over-state my accomplishments or anything of the sort, so I'll keep this relatively short and to the point.
What I can offer:
 Activity in gangs, and generally helping the corp where applicable
FCing experience, of both small and large gangs (ranging from a few to a few hundred people)
I have three characters, one with 53m SP, one with 51m, and one with 25ish (which is currently inactive until I find a viable home)
I will generally be active during the summer, the amount of time I cannot say entirely accurately, but a few hours daily is a viable minimum
I have a knack for starting obscure conversations, and will not hesitate to do so
What I'm looking for:
0.0 access is a must. Generally I prefer access to decent rats, in order to make isk once in a while. Most regions are acceptable.
An active corporation, preferably with members in most/all time zones (I'm sometimes up at odd hours, but primarily North American/Euro)
TS/vent is obviously a must
Some alliances are favored over others (I'll not mention which here  )
A sense of humour in the members would be beneficial
Many people to kill when the mood strikes me (as it often does)
A CEO at least as sexy as I am
A shrubbery and/or an African Swallow.

Cattraknoff, come check out Viscosity, we have some great 0.0 space...its npc so there is lvl 4 agents (Q20), great shadow type rats to hunt, pvp ops daily. I know you said something about a CEO being as sexy as you...well i havnt seen a pic of my CEO but i can assure you that im sexier than you, and we love that type of humor in our corp :). Intrepid Crossing Alliance [IRC] is a PvP alliance based in the Etherium Reach region of 0.0. We have over a thousand members in timezones around the world. Progenitor Corporation [PRCP] is our Empire-based recruiting and training corp. We are currently expanding our territory into the Oasa and Kalevala Expanse regions, so there are lots of enemies to fight (we have a NBSI policy in our space). This provides plenty of roaming gangs, cap fleet fights, and POS warfare. We have 6 outposts presently, with more to come. We use Ventrilo (obscure conversations are always welcome).
