Hello.
What we have here is one of the best support characters that a man can hope for (big words but true).
What makes her so special? For starters she is extremely specialized in her respective fields, which are production, invention and logistics.
Starting in invention is not for the faint of heart, and there it does not hurt to be MAXED out in your chosen invention field, which in her case is all things Gallente. Also she has mechanical engineering at level five to aid in here datacore farming along with other numerous science related skills.
Her potential in logistics can only be described with one wordà.awesome! With gallente freighter at level five and all respective navigation skills at five!!! JDC will be level five in only nine days giving her close to a whopping 7 million in navigation alone!!! Jump freigther at level four, giving her the storage space and jump range to cover most distances and logistical obstacles.
I am only touching the tip of the iceberg, pointing out her strongest assets. Other things of note are Gallente Battleship level five, cybernetics level five, decent survey skills and can hack. She can also fly interceptors and has been very useful as a frontline scout 
Other things of note:
Full head of +5¦s with other implants in two other jump clones (package worth hundreds of millions).
Super stats !!!! Even her perception and willpower are up to par to some PVP pilots out there, and of course she is also seriously intelligent and full of wisdom!
Can be ready to fly a rorqual in just over a month, vastly increasing her logistical possibilities!
Has FIVE level four R&D agents, three in gallente starship engineering and two in mechanical engineering!
Can effectively go any where the buyer wishes, based on her stats and previously trained skills.
This is not an auction thread and the set price is 7b. This may seem much to some but in capable hands she can make that back in little time as well as being an invaluable asset to any medium to large size corporations/alliances!
She will come with a rigged Itty V and an unrigged occator.

Added a screenshot of the agents and how many sp¦s they are stacking in per day. Please note that this is an old screenshot so the accumulated points are higher then indicated. This can of course be boosted greatly by running the missions they offer every day.
