Hi,
We are sorry to hear about your ship loss. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse the ship as our server-side logs do not indicate that a bug/error within the game or a server related problem was the reason for your loss.
This does not mean that we doubt your description of events in any way but I'm afraid it keeps our hands tied in regards to reimbursement. Our reimbursement policies are very strict and we can only reimburse if we are able to verify that a bug or server error caused the loss.
We hope that you understand our position and that you will recover swiftly from the loss.

I dont care if ur server says nothing , is not my fault either, and im not willing to accept a silly answer like that, because i have everything to run this game , a fair internet connection a decent PC and im not that stupid to loss a ship in a mission that was almost completed if this game crashes lagg or freezees is not my fault , and u as a service provider should know that, i wont spend a lot of time raising isk to buy a new ship who has an expensive fitting and lost it cuse something that is not my fault. and u are wrong with ur policies ,I also have policies on what i spend my MONEY, REAL MONEY and TIME cuse instead of encourage me to play ure making me quit , i , like other player make this game works, i encourage my friends to play this game, helping them to use it , and have fun, sometimes paying his accounts to keep them plying. if this idoes not mind u ure screwed as service providers cuse ure missing a very important point that is keep player playing and having fun , i dont mean to have a special treatment but what i said is that ure wrong with that policies. im aware that returning ships to all customer who lost one due to lag, crash or whatever, cost u time , but that mean that u have alot to do to improve the game ,i dont mean new ships ,i mean playability ,i wont change playability for new ships items etc cuse in the long run , i will not enjoy them due to thecnical issues with all data that ur server has to manage. u can relocate agents to minimice big concentrations of players in one system etc.. and im sure that u have a lot of this issues in progress to improve.
As i said before im not agree with that policies that u have about reinbursment i have screenshots that shows the difference with time and image and u give me no option but sit and do what u want with nothing that i can do to prove u that this is not a scam. If u GM Tacgnol can do nothing talk with someone who can do something do not be a robot, who canot make choices. I PAY REAL MONEY for 3 accounts. You wont lost anything but bits if u reimburse that ship, in the other hand u will lost a customer if that is not important to u so be it.

Before you whine some more you must understand why they don't reimburse ships so easily. If the logs don't show up any problems then it's hard to prove if there were any problems or was it the players fault. If they reimburse ships because of random lag-spikes you can imagine what that means; everyone has huge lag everytime they loose a ship.
Think before you whine and try to blackmail. Yes, you have 3 accounts. That's great but don't use it as a tool against them just to get your ship back. You're at same situation if you had only one account.
Just suck it up mate. It happens. It will happen again. There's nothing we or CCP can do about it. Lagmonster is the ultimate concordish force everywhere we go and play online games. You must obey the lagmonster or he will eat you alive. -- I'm lost in space |

Lag is specifically excluded as reason for reimbursement in the reimbursement policy. It's not CCP's fault that you can't read. And if you quit that'll be one less person wasting the GMs time, I can only encourage that.

Im aware of that, once ,they reinburse the ship due lagg , but scammers take advantage of this , anyway ccp doesnot give u the chance to probe urenot scamming them , just say "no we donot reinburse ships i hope u recover soon" that aint service cuse , lagg is not my fault maybe nor CCP, but as i have a good PC to play this game , ccp has to do something about this things at least give u options.
