Have any of you have those moments where your corp members just shout out "FAIL" and/or oops... and/or omg...
If so, where they a good moment or a bad moment?
The idea of posting a topic like this dawned on me when one of my friend had a  moment today

Well, last night I lost an uninsured dominix with rigs because I was tired from working 11.5 hours and I wasn't paying attention while doing a mission. Does that count?

Insuring one mega, then taking the other uninsured one out to pvp in... that is fail

I lost an uninsured Abaddon w/ rigs in a mission cause my GF flashed her boobs. I do not know who to blame... |

In my claw a few days ago, I had can flipped some miner and set the corp to red as always to see if any corpies of his come in local (which I'm hoping for). I'm sitting there next to the miner in the belt, waiting for things to happen and scrolling through local to catch anything fun coming my way. As it was kinda early and I was reading the forums I made a slight mistake as I later found out.
A neutral Astarte had warped into the belt and moved into range, locked me and took me sideways in way Backdoor Bandit could learn from. As my litte ship crumbled under a fully PVP fit CS I started laughing at the idiot for I knew Concord would pay him a visit, but they never did... Seconds later I was in my pod and quite puzzled, I checked the Astarte and... he's in the same corp? wtf?
Then I checked my standing and found that I hadn't set the corp to red but the miner only.

Long long time ago I decided to camp Hita and suicide my alt's brutix against an industrial, and then have another char collect the loot. In all the excitement of the forthcoming explosions I attacked and wondered why the **** the indy wasnt being polverised, realised that I wasnt in range for the blasters
Very embarasing but in my defence I was quite the noob at the time and a carebear one at that. Also lost a barge which I cant remember loosing, woke up with larger everywhere and my ship was gone and my posd sittin in a belt in hisec.
Learning piracy, well being used to 0.0 I warped to a station to repair after fighting but forgot that in lowsec the stations bite back.
I am not that noobish though now, and alcohol does usually play some part in my failings.

Going into lowsec after living for quitte a while in 0.0, and getting wtfpwned by gate guns.
And 3 days ago I lost a fully faction fitted and rigged domi to a droneplex with neut towers and scramblers. I just couldn't lock the scrambling frigs fast enough

So I'm busy ratting in an incursus when a neutral shows up in a maller named 'cyno'. No problem...go and fetch a dominix and wait. Sure enough a cyno opens, in a safespot. Warp to it.
While I'm in warp, someone comes through. But the cyno ship is still alone on scans as I approach...sure..pop the drones out and start chewing on the maller.
OMG Archon decloaks. Praying the thing is unfit, switch target and lay on the heavy neuts. Start screaming into the local comms channel for some backup as the thing pops out a minor ass-load of templars.
Okay, this is going to hurt. But flip the tank on as the shields vanish. The armor deals much better with the fighters damage but I'm no going to last very long...Punch the injectors...overheat all the racks. Nobody coming to backup as I start to make a bit of headway against the damage..but all my modules ae going red awfully fast.
Time to gtfo. Align to warp out Dipping into structure rather badly as the warp finally goes off. 13% left...no more reppes left. Hardeners all fried, the eanm and damage control badly screwed.
Fail so hard. Get called a noob in the backup channel for not being able to solo a carrier. But apparently the guy has a panick attack. Cynos out without all his fighters. WIN :)

my corp mates usually laugh at me.
i once lost a ferox in a level one mission because my ship couldn't warp out. no points, just it said "warping" and nothing on.
still, my corpmates keept laughing for weeks

Why?
- because people can't read?
- that people're so full of themselves
- that ADBSD (attention deficit but self disorder) is common amoung EVE players?
- being ignored too much(either irl or ingame) and all you can think about is 'look at me me me! see what i have to say plzz"

I don't have any friends or corp mates so can only relate personal fail (Edit: After just having seen the above post, sheesh, ease up their little buddy, you might hurt something, this is C&P, we only come here to stroke our egos and laugh at others)
Lost a Taranis in a fail moment a week ago when instead of burning back to the gate I tried to burn out of a large anchored bubble, dual Huginn webs and an assortment of fire power violated my poor Taranis. Was bored after roaming 3 regions.
Only time I really shout fail is at my ECM drones when they fail to work, in fact their names are FAIL 1 through 5

Hmmm well drinking a lot of Tanglefoot, I was sitting in Tama with the Gallente Militia fleet at a gate. We saw a Caldari pod, my blood boiled and I gave chase. I jumped through the pod and realised I'd jumped into Caldari high sec.
In my drunken panic, I forgot to change my overview so I could do a quick warp...
...and also in my drunken state, i had forgotton to clone jump.

Flying in to a gate camp I was just told about, Flying to gates with with a gcc and most recently going soloing in a plate vexor without the plate. That did not go well at all.
