Okay, I looked up the EULA for ya to see if this will help.
Copied from: http://www.eve-online.com/pnp/eula.asp Section: 7-B
B. Selling Items and Objects You may not transfer, sell or auction, or buy or accept any offer to transfer, sell or auction (or offer to do any of the foregoing), any content appearing within the Game environment, including without limitation characters, character attributes, items, currency, and objects, other than via a permitted Character Transfer as described in section 3 above. You may not encourage or induce any other person to participate in such a prohibited transaction. The buying, selling or auctioning (or any attempt at doing so) of characters, character attributes, items, currency, or objects, whether through online auctions (such as ebay), newsgroups, postings on message boards or any other means is prohibited by the EULA and a violation of CCP's proprietary rights in the Game.
Further, this is the policy on Punishment/Ban regarding this issue.
From: http://www.eve-online.com/pnp/banning.asp
4. ILLEGAL TRANSFER OF GAME ITEMS
An immediate permanent ban of an account may result if a player is found to be:
* a. Selling in-game goods or services for real world currency through an online auction site or any other venue.
===================== The only question I would need answered then, is:
Is "E-ON Magazine" an equivalent to "real world currency" because it is purchased with real world currency?
If the answer is YES, then the above rules call for your being banned if you do it.
I would prefer a response from CCP to verify, but in my opinion, better to be safe than sorry. Please be careful.

It's probably fine given that people offer web hosting for isk etc.
But I guess given it's a 'good' and less of a 'service' it might be a little more of a fine line.
What the EULA basically says is you can't swap money for ingame assets, and you can't use the forums etc to advertise any RL venture that results in you getting money. (You can give web hosting for isk, but not advertise that you give it for $$$ also).
