The Nebula Rasa is un-affiliated yet self-reliant in most every aspect. We have capital ship capacity as well as improved communications. Usage of voice comms is encouraged and will be rewarded.
That being said PvP will be smallscale and may vary in frequency, this to improve everyones enjoyment of our various activities.
We're not about charity but we will help our members to realize their potential in their search for enlightenment through self-improvement.
We're spread around the hours of the day so you'll find a number of Rasa pilots on at any given time.
We now come with an open division for all those who didn't make the cut before with the strict name policy, that nowadays is only enforced in Holdings. We take on new and veterans pilots alike in our new division geared towards PvP, Nebula Rasa Vanguard.
For further information best bet is to sit in on the public channel Rasa, state your business and ask the questions. EVE being a world of paranoia and spies do consider the message sent when asking questions of a possibly sensitive nature.

He is, after all, an overlord jealous of the spotlight.
In all seriousness, we really do have fun without getting too bent out of shape by losing a few ships. In fact we've been causing more losses than we've been taking in recent days.
If you play EVE because it's a game and you enjoy it and not because it's an over-riding obsession Rasa is the corp for you. We do take the obsessed as well. We're an equal-opportunity employer.
