I've been selling stacked items by right clicking on the items and selecting SELL in the menu that appears.
Are there other ways to sell an item? Quick keys?
Anyway to sell several different items at once?
I feel like I spend a lot of time selling of loot :)
Again, thanks in advance.

In addition, how to you set up auto trade routes? I mean corporations don't always have people who only sell stuff, do they? ================================================== I am a very curious fellow. |

You guys have to keep in mind that the market in eve is totally player driven so things are not as simple as in other games where you can just select a huge pile of stuff and sell it. So really the answer is no, there is no faster way. In fact, the best return is going to come from spending the time to set up sell orders for each stack of items at a competitive price for the region etc.
And yes there are people who just buy and sell stuff and not much more, that is what they enjoy in the game, so that is what they do. -=^=-

This. Those people make a premium moving items you right-click and sold to them, to other players who want items. Lalala. |

The closest things to this would be placing buy orders on the market - as a sign to the wider economy as a whole that you want such and such an item and will pay so much for it - or by putting up a Want To Buy contract (which option you choose depends on exactly what you are after and who your target market is). Still, all of these will be fulfilled (or not, depending on how competitive they are) by other players.
I must admit that I don't know exactly what you meant by "auto trade" anyway, since it doesn't mean anything in EVE and the details aren't clear from the name. So really, the answer is that you don't.
