Also you may want to check the age of the character. Chances are they will have been playing the market for some time and tbh it's insanely lucrative if you know what your doing. He could also simply be an insanely rich git who sells a lot of GTC's.
To not so subtly accuse someone of less than legal activties w/o any proof to back it up (and the wording of your statement is a blatant accusation basically), just makes you look like a total idiot and I hope he war decs your corp and repeatedly pod kills you.

I dont think he really cares about it at all, and doesnt loose sleep over missing out on the Nibelung t5(?) Mining laser that was Traded for the original T2 BPO, the mining laser II.
He simply enjoys collecting stuff Ingame, and i wish him all the best of luck with his collection in the future.
As for buying isk, the notion is absurd, Entity from what ive seen is an Industrialist and is rewarded becuase of it.

You are obscenely dumb. The amount of ISK that Entity moves is big enough that CCP would have noticed if he acquired it by illegal means.
Besides you can sell timecards for ISK, and it's not illegal. If he did so it's still his problem, not yours.

Entity's played Eve for a long time, very successfully.
He buys a lot of his items.
Sometimes people discount the price simply because it's Entity, and sometimes nice people give them to him for free.
See "Contributors" section at the bottom of this page - and yes I am one of these nice people, and no you can't have any of my stuff.
Basically the OP needs to wind his neck in.

His goal is to collect one of every item on Tranquility. Since it's not on Tranquility, he's in the clear. The Imperial Apocalypse is a similar case - since there's only one left, acquiring it or destroying it both let him complete the collection. I'm sure he'd much prefer to get it, but it's not strictly necessary.
