My income.. hmmm that depends what I wanna do.. my main income atm is agent missions as I find anything else than pvp boring atm. or else its npc hunting.. My mining skills are okay but I hate mining so I dont mine so often.. But tbh isk aint that important for me.. its only to get named stuff for my ships, new implants (when I get podded, only happened 1 time before) and clones ofc. I allso try and keep myself supplied whit missiles and ammo so i buy minerals to build that stuff whit....

a few frigs
1 Clone to TGA (warped away safely then came back as i had never been podded b4)
Usually have between 100 and 500 million in my wallet depending on if i am keeping up with my buy orders. Total assets 2 Billion, I have a very productive alt.

Lost 1 typhoon, 2 tempests....lots of cruisers, not a lot of frigs(i dont fly them a lot :) )
Im usually broke all the time (in Curse i couldnt even buy myself cruise missiles so i could keep shooting at them CA, luckily some tempest dropped lots of ammo)
Now i have 50 mill in my wallet and no bs. Need to get some money O.o

ATM: I have 2 platinum insured BS (Scorp and Rave) and about 5mio in cash and lots of crappy assets
Im Pirating/PvPer since 8 month now and lost about 30 BB, some frigs, 1 Tempest, 4 Scorps (only 2 in PvP, the rest i was ******* drunk and died to NPC or Concord)
and i selfdestructed 1 Typhoon 
im not rich, but i have fun, more or less atm

No big deal with bookmarks and cloaking-valid-tactic - blockades donŠt work. Now go and sell your ISK and account on Ebay because you are bored of having no challange at all.

I have a sugardaddy called Shrike, but I dont lose that much stuff so I think i'm pretty cheap all things concidering.
Except when I blow up other Evolution, that might get a bit costy once every while.

Doing military services for Xetic. So far, I've lost a Kestrel and a Caracal, playing for almost 4 months. Got to get podded yet. 
But I've lost the Apoc of my friend in fleetcombat against the SA - guess that counts too
Conclusion: Xetic PvPers are pretty rich

a) if they don't work, how dou make ur money?
b) if I sell my account on EBay, I'll make a lot more money on it than u would on ur's,
and c) if u don't like me running loot right past u (and possibly, IF ur good enough, ganking it) then what kind of pirate would u be?
So maybe i will sell my "boring" account as should all the other "boring" and "unchallenged" traders and leave EVE to a bunch of frigate pirates circle-ganking each other.
Heh, do u pirates load ur frigates full of megacyte, BPO's and loot before u head off on ur merry battles?

The reason it doesn't look that difficult to u, is cause ur to lame to bag anything at ur blockades.

Sorry, not meant as smacktalk, but from the bounties and loot alone, "chaining" Fallschirmjager was one of the most profitable wars for our pvpers. I can't see you making much money by being camped either, your own CEO admitted that he has to have his second account supply his pirate char with isk - "its meant for fun not profit" he said if i'm not mistaken
As for pvp costs, not very high, I havent lost a cruiser or battleship in pvp, and I kill 15 frigs for each one that i lose, so the missles and mods keep me going at least.
I have four battleships, all platinum insured, but I use one for npc hunting, the other for pvp and two of them just kinda sit there :/
Depending on whether i've been blowing money or not, I have anywhere from 10-100mil in my wallet, usually go through 200mil a month.
But I npc hunt when theres nothing to fight, so I've got a nice stash of mods that I could sell for quick cash. I also invested a lot of isk into morphite for the future, which should keep me pvping till tech 4.

I didnt bother to read everyones post, since most havent answered your question.
In a battleship having platinum insurance (tier 2) You lose 20-30 mil reinsuring your ship, throw in at least 10-15 mil for modules, then a couple mil for ammo. (if your flying a raven add quite a bit more). If you lose 1 battleship a week...
(25) - insurance
(12.5) - Fitting
(1-5) - ammo

About 40 mil isk every time you lose a [ tier 2 ]battleship
Tier 1 would be anywhere between 20-30 mil, counting insurance as being 10-15 mil cheaper, but not covering your ship + modules.
GL, dont waste your time fighting nubs who wont drop anything, especially if you get ganked by 20 ppl trying to leave...wont make much

My weekly costs are usually nothing as i hardly die and i loot all the ammo i need.
My battleship losses to date were:
1 Megathron (helping someone i shouldnt have)
3 Tempest (one to fleet combat with SA when 1st target called with their fleet being 5km away, 1 from Celest jumping into our camp with 2x our numbers, 1 to cheesy ass tactics by enemy in an empire war. This certain corp used a noobie ship as a human shield to hit my missiles)

It seems that other than insurance every 3 months and ammo costs PVPers don't do half bad on the whole. I have noticed that I spend less on clones atm per week while in a bship. Thanks to all for your input, I thought costs would be higher.
